For a few years I’ve been trying to find an anglo mare by Talquah Talik, so I can maintain the bloodlines of Aloha Titan, my now-retired FEI horse, in my breeding stock. Titan is now head babysitter for the youngsters and grudgingly tolerates being climbed all over and having his tail chewed off! If only the babies knew who they were messing with!! Today I have finally become the excited owner of Aloha Crystal Bell, a full sister to FEI horses Aloha Bolero and Aloha Bobby Dazzler and half sister to Titan. She is herself a former national champion show mare and I am very excited to start breeding with her, hoping for lots of fillies! Unfortunately she’s stuck in Adelaide until the EI standstill is lifted. Photos coming when she gets to Wagga.
