Breeding season is well under way here at Cooramin, with a number of mares already having been bred. We have our best ever roster of mares being bred this season, so watch this space as we start to announce pregnancies as they pass the 45 day mark.

Our first two foaling mares for the season are in the foaling paddocks. The first is Hillbreeze Shemozzle (Sir Donnerhall/Whisper) with her Negro foal due 28.9.15, closely followed by Bradgate Park Bettina (Brentano II/Royal Diamond) and with her Golden Rock foal due 2.10.15, a full sibling to the sensational 2013 palomino filly Cooramin Glitterati. In the mix this year we also have a two-legged baby due 5.10.15! Thankfully I have some wonderful work colleagues lined up in case everyone decides to give birth at once!
